Vecteur H’s site terms of use.
The Vecteur H’s site, hereafter named by the words « the Site », is offered under some terms of use which are defining the relationship between you and the Site.
Those terms of use are defined below and the mere use and/or consultation of the Site implies automatic and unconditional full acceptance of all those terms of use.
The Site keeps the right to modificate at any time those General Terms of Use without warning or any compensation of any kind. Therefore, we advise you to consult those terms of use on a regular basis.

Intellectual Property
The use of the Site does not give you any right. Those rights stay the property of Vecteur H and its partners.
Therefore, every texts, pictures, films, datas, posters, logos, brands and other elements reproduced on the Site are reserved and protected by intellectual property laws and more particularly copyrights and similar rights and/or brands rights.
Therefore and in accordance with The Intellectual Property Code regarding the free access datas, is only allowed the private use inside a family circle. Any other use will be assimilated as counterfeiting and/or a violation of the similar rights as they are defined by the said Code.
Regarding the restricted access data, only the owners of the access codes are authorized to use them with the limitations of the contract established between them and Vecteur H.. Therefore you may not, in any way, copy, represent, broadcast, commercialize, modify, concede, in part or entirely, any of the elements presented on the Site and whole or part of the Site itself without prior and written agreement from Vecteur H.. Any unlawful use of any part of the Site or its whole content (hacking, counterfeiting, etc.) may result in instituting legal proceeding.

Personnal data
Vecteur H. is allowed to collect some named information about you. Those information are used by Vecteur H. Accordingly to the January the sixth of 1978 law regarding computer data, files and freedoms, you may access, correct or erase your personal information by a simple request sent to admin@vecteurh.com or admin@clicnotice.com.

Links to other third party sites
The Site may contain hypertext links giving access to other websites.
Vecteur H. won’t be held responsible directly or indirectly in the case where those said websites wouldn’t conform to active French and/or European laws and regulations already established or to be established clauses and/or for the consequences of this lack of respect.

Guarantee
Without prejudice to any applicable legal clause, you, as an user of the Site, acknowledge and expressly accept that the Site is offered to you in its present state and accessible in regard of its own availability without any guarantee of any kind from Vecteur H and that you use the Site at your own risk, under your entire and total responsibility.
Vecteur H. does not guarantee that the Site, its content and products it offers will perfectly fit your expectations. Vecteur H. does not guarantee neither that the Site will never be shut down or completely devoid of any mistake. Vecteur H. does not guarantee that those possible interruptions or mistakes will be corrected. Vecteur H. does not guarantee that the Site will not contain any computer virus. Users obtain elements from the Site through downloading or any other mean at their own risks. Vecteur H. will not be held responsible in any way for any damage or data loss on the user’s computer.
Any advice or information, given written and/or spoken, that users may obtain from Vecteur H. or while using the Site will not be considered as any guarantee that is not already included in the above conditions.

Responsability Limitation
Without prejudice to any applicable legal clause, Vecteur H. will not be held as responsible for any direct or indirect damages, in particular but not restricted to profits loss, customers loss, data loss and/or intangible goods loss ensuing from the use or the impossibility to use the Site and more generally of any event linked to the Site or any third party site. In particular, Vecteur H’s responsibility can not be engaged in the case of partial or total hacking of the Site and the damages that may results from that hacking to the direct user or a third party user.

Site’s shutdown or closure
Vecteur H. keeps prerogative to modify, temporally shutdown or definitely close a part or the entire of the Site without warning and not having to give back any compensation of any kind. Vecteur H. will not be held responsible to the direct user or to a third party user in case of any modification, temporally shutdown or definitive closure of the Site.

Applying laws in case of disputes
The Site is placed under the jurisdiction of the French law. In case of any dispute, the Melun courtroom is the only one considered competent.
